A no-bake, creamy dip combining tangy cream cheese with sweet caramel sauce, served with crisp apple slices. It’s a quick, crowd-pleasing fall dessert that requires only 15 minutes of active prep time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 34 medium firm apples (Honeycrisp, Gala, or Fuji), cored and sliced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Ensure cream cheese and butter are softened to room temperature. Cut into cubes if necessary.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy using a hand or stand mixer.
  3. Add granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Beat on low speed until combined, then increase to medium speed for one minute until light and fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in the caramel sauce to create ribbons throughout the dip.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. While the dip chills, wash, core, and slice the apples into thin, even pieces.
  7. Remove dip from fridge, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve with apple slices.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese and butter are fully softened to avoid lumps. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes to improve texture and scoopability. If the dip is too thick after chilling, thin it with a little more heavy cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
