Easy Candy Corn Halloween Bark: 3-Ingredient Halloween Treat

Easy Candy Corn Halloween Bark - featured image

A quick, no-bake Halloween treat combining white chocolate, candy corn, and pretzels for a sweet, salty, and crunchy snack that comes together in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12-ounce bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cups candy corn
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • Melted orange or red candy melts (optional, for drizzling)
  • Gel food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth (about 1-2 minutes total).
  2. Add candy corn and pretzels to the melted chocolate. Stir gently but thoroughly to coat everything in the chocolate without breaking the pretzels.
  3. Line a standard half-sheet baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture onto the pan and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick using a spatula.
  4. Refrigerate the bark for 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set. Alternatively, freeze for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Lift the parchment paper out of the pan and break the bark into irregular pieces with your hands.
  6. Serve at room temperature or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Do not overheat the chocolate or it will become grainy. If the chocolate is too thick, add another teaspoon of butter. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free pretzels and certified gluten-free chocolate chips. For dairy-free, use dairy-free alternatives. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
